Presenting the front view design of our client Mrs. [Nama], located in Permata Hijau, South Jakarta. We've applied a classic modern style that enhances the building's width while maintaining its height. With 4 floors and the addition of an outdoor area for relaxation, the strategic use of tall windows in the center creates an impression of height. Spanning a width of 20 meters and a length of 40 meters, we maximized the space to design a 1300 m2 residence, seamlessly blending lush greenery with luxury. The result is a comfortable and inviting home, perfect for unwinding and relaxation.
